- Journey (A7)
A new class studying "Leading From the Heart." - Riverstone Class (MP Rm.)
This informal, discussion-oriented class is for singles and couples. The goal of the class is to learn more about the Bible, support one other in striving to be good Christian examples to our children, and applying God’s Word to our own lives, especially in raising our families. The class facilitator is James Baughn, and this group is currently studying the text that correlates with the sermon. They will soon begin a study in “defending your faith.” - Genesis Class (A16)
This is an in-depth Bible-based study which engages in open discussion and group participation. The class usually focuses on a particular book, person, or theme of the Bible. The class facilitator is Emily Truan, and they are beginning a new study: Paul and the Romans. - Serendipity Class (A11)
This is a discussion-based class that features open, lively discussions, particularly relating the lesson to our daily lives. On Sept. 24, the class will begin a new study: Confronting the Controversies, which will discuss hot button issues such as abortion, prayer in schools, euthanasia, etc. - The Sunday Book Group (A12)

Open, lively discussion is the usual format for this group who also enjoys offering their time outside of the SS class wherever the need is greatest, whether by helping a fellow class member in need or volunteering in the community.
This class, led by Russ Holloman, is for seniors who consider themselves to be “young in spirit.” Members of the class place a strong emphasis on living a Christian life and live that out by volunteering at the Master’s Table, Golden Harvest Good bank, and Augusta Glen Retirement Community. They also meet regularly for meals and other social and cultural events.
Anne Hull facilitates lively, thought-provoking discussions, where diverse viewpoints are expressed and encouraged. Class members enjoy caring fellowship and participate in various mission projects throughout the year.
Mitchell class members consider themselves as mature adults who have been together for many years. The goal of the class is to enhance our knowledge of the Bible and its teachings, support each other in our Christian walk, and enjoy Christian fellowship on Sundays and through socializing with each other.
